In order to adapt to the trend of the development of the modern library for the university libraries,the better reader service for the teachers and students and the professional ability of the librarians＇ will be the key. Librarians＇ professional ability includes general ability,professional ability and comprehensive ability,so the improvement of professional ability requires the combination of current jobs and various ways and methods,including self- study and continuing education,inside and outside learning exchange and pre- job training.
