贵州三叶木通果皮HPLC指纹图谱初步研究

摘要 采用HPLC-UV技术建立采自贵州四个地区的三叶木通果皮的指纹图谱,为科学评价贵州三叶木通果皮内在质量提供参考。研究结果表明,8份样品共标定20个共有峰,其中第3、4和11号色谱峰被分别鉴定为标样齐墩果酸、α-常春藤皂苷和木通苯乙醇苷B的色谱峰;8份样品相似度差异较大,其中织金珠藏镇的样品与贵阳花溪的样品相似度差异最大,相似度最小的仅为0.303。三叶木通果皮大部分成分均得到良好分离,可作为贵州三叶木通果皮专属性指纹图谱。 by using HPLC- UV technique,fingerprint of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) Koidz pericarp coming from four areas of Guizhou province was constuctted,in order to properly evaluate the pericarp quality of A. trifoliata. The results showed that eight samples had 20 common peaks,among which the third,fourth and eleventh peak were attributed to oleanolic acid,α- hederagenin and calceolarioside B,respectively; the HPLC chromatograph similarity of the 8 samples was distinct,in which the sample from Zhucang town of Zhijin county and the sample from Huaxi district of Guiyang city had the least similarity of 0. 303. Most ingredients of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.)Koidz pericarps could be separated in HPLC,which had high specificity and could serve as the specific chemical finger- print chromatograph of Akebia trifoliata( Thunb.) Koidz pericarp.
