摘要
在高压反应釜内进行1,4-丁炔二醇加氢反应试验,考察反应温度、反应时间、转速、pH及压力对加氢催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,在反应温度65℃、转速1150 r/min、反应时间3.5 h、反应液pH=7.0~9.0、压力2.5~4.0 MPa条件下,反应产物羰基值最小,催化剂活性最高。
The hydrogenation reaction test of 1,4-butynediol is been done in high pressure reactor for the influence of temperature, reaction time, rotation speed, reaction solution pH, H2 pressure to the activity of catalyst. Experimental results show that: on the conditions of temperature 65 ℃, rotation speed 1150 r/min, reaction time 3.5 h, reaction solution pH=7.0~9.0, and pressure 2.5~4.0 MPa, the carbonyl number of Reaction products is 0.04 mg KOH/g, the catalyst is with good activity.
