摘要
以2,3-二甲基-5,6-二氰基吡嗪为原料,稀碱条件下不完全氧化得到配体5,6-二甲基-2,3-吡嗪二甲酰胺,再与醋酸镍在弱碱条件下合成5,6-二甲基-2,3-吡嗪二甲酰胺-镍配合物,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热-热重分析对配合物进行表征。采用牛津杯法预试验及试管二倍稀释法研究配体5,6-二甲基-2,3-吡嗪二甲酰胺及其配合物的抗菌活性。结果表明5,6-二甲基-2,3-吡嗪二甲酰胺-镍配合物表现出一定的抑菌和杀菌作用,而配体没有明显的抑菌杀菌作用。
5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide-Ni(Ⅱ) was prepared with using Ni(CH3COO)2 and 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide, which has been prepared with 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinecarbonitrile as raw material via hydrolysis in dilute basic solution using H2O2 as oxidant. The compex was characterized by UV spectra, IR spectra and TGA spectra. The antibacterial activity of 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinecarbonitrile and the complex were compared by Oxford cup method and tube double dilution method. The results showed that 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide-Ni(Ⅱ) complexes has bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect. But not obvious inhibitory effect by 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide.
