摘要
目的:乙酰丙酮铍的一种新型生产方法。方法:以异丙醇或乙醇为溶剂的反应釜中,依次按比例加入氧化铍粉末、乙酰丙酮,升温反应,在50~80℃保温反应3~5小时,趁热过滤,取滤液冷却后再过滤,经干燥,得到乙酰丙酮铍。结果:获得了纯度高,颗粒细的产品;产率达到90%~95%。结论:生产工艺简单,符合环保、节约能源要求的特点。
The author in the essay proposed a new preparation method for iron acetylacetonate. The main steps, each of which is explained in detail, are as follows. Isopropanol or toluene as solvent, adding beryllium oxide powder and acetylacetonate in proportion to a flask(or reactor), temperature rising, 50~80 ℃ heat for 3 to 5 hours, filtered, cooled off the solvent and drying the products, then iron acetylacetonate can be obtained. The testing result shows that the method has the advantages of high purity, fine particles of the product, yield of 90 % to 95 %. Here the conclusion can be made that the production process is simple, comply with environmental, and saving energy required features.
