摘要
吸水率是是评价填料吸附性能的重要指标。吸水率与吸附量成正比。但吸水率过高强度变小。文章通过吸水率,确定原料成分对填料吸水性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰、水泥、硫酸钠、水玻璃及生物质灰所占比例分别为8.0、1.2、0.125、2.3与0.2时,填料成型较好,并具有一定的吸附能力。
Water absorption is an important index to evaluate the adsorption performance of the fillers. The rate of water absorption is proportional to the amount of water absorbed for waste gas purification on its water absorption characteristics. But the water absorption rate is too high and the strength is small. In the paper, with the water absorption rate, effect of raw material composition on the water absorption of fillers. The results show that filler molding is better, and has a certain adsorption capacity, when the proportion of fly ash, cement, sodium sulfate, water glass and biomass ash are Respectively 8.0, 1.2, 0.125, 2.3 and 0.2.
