摘要 探讨了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定乳粉中重金属元素铅,对铅的不确定度进行评估。分析样品质量、体积、曲线、仪器测量重复性等因素对不确定度分量的影响,结合《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1-2012)的规定进行合成,最终给出测量的扩展不确定度。本方法为微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定乳粉中铅元素的实验室控制和不确定度评定提供参考依据。 Heavy metal lead was researched in milk powder by microwave-digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and uncertainty of lead was evaluated. Expanded uncertainty of measurement was given with the impact of sample mass, volume, curve, equipment repeatability and other factors on uncertainty components, combining with "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"(JJF 1059.1-2012). The method of measuring lead in milk powder with microwave-digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to provide reference for laboratory control and uncertainty evaluation.
