摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时检测化妆品中氢醌、苯酚和防腐剂等10种物质的方法,以甲醇-乙腈-0.025 mol/L磷酸二氢钠(pH=3.80)为流动相,梯度洗脱,10种物质在0.2~200μg/m L范围内线性良好(R2〉0.9990),平均回收率在84.15%~101.02%之间,RSD在0.91%~3.84%,精密度良好。此方法灵敏度高、准确性好、实用性强,适合检测化妆品中氢醌、苯酚和防腐剂等。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled with photodiode array detector(DAD) method was developed for the determination of content of hydroquinone, phenol and preservatives in cosmetics sample. By using the methanol-acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L Na H2PO4(pH=3.80) as mobile phase, gradient elution to determine 10 kinds of restricted substances in cosmetics. They showed good linearity with the range of 0.2~200 μg/m L(R2〉0.9990), average recovery was 84.15 %~101.02 % and the relative standard deviations(RSD) ranged from 0.91 % to 3.84 %. The method was sensitive, accurate and rapid and could be applied for the requirements for determination of hydroquinone, phenol and preservatives in Cosmetics.
