摘要
采用HPLC-ELSD测定盐酸美金刚片的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.1%三氟乙酸-甲醇（50∶50）,等度洗脱;流速为1 m L/min,检测器为ELSD。结果：盐酸美金刚在16~24μg/m L范围内的线性良好（相关系数R大于0.999）;平均回收率为98.5%;结论：本法简便、准确、可靠、适合于盐酸美金刚片的含量测定。
To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for assay determination of Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods： The column of analysis was C18 column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol, water and TFA（50∶50∶0.1,V/V/V）. The flow rate was 1 m L/min. The detector was ELSD. Results： The linear ranges of Memantine Hydrochloride were 16~24 μg/m L, the average recovery of Memantine Hydrochloride was 98.5 %. Conclusion： The method to determine the assay of Memantine Hydrochloride is simple, sensitive and accurate.
