摘要
目的:研究酢浆草总有机酸的最佳提取工艺,并建立其测定方法。方法:采用正交试验法,考察料液比、单次回流提取时间、乙醇浓度和提取次数4个因素,酢浆草总有机酸采用电位滴定法进行测定。结果:确立了酢浆草总有机酸的提取的最佳工艺为:料液比为1∶15,单次回流提取时间为1 h,乙醇浓度为75%,提取次数为2次。结论:本试验为酢浆草的进一步研究和资源开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。
Objective: to study the optimum extracting process of total organic acids from Oxalis Corniculata L and establish a determination method for total organic acids. Method: by orthogonal experiment, we investigated the effects of 4 factors i.e. concentration of ethanol, ratio of solid to liquid, frequency of extraction and time of extraction. After the extraction, the determination was done with potential titration. Result: the best extraction conditions were using 75 %(V/V) ethanol as extractor with the radio of 1∶15, and single reflux extraction lasted 1 h and extracted for 2 times. Conclusion: these results provide certain scientific basis for further research and development of Oxalis Corniculata L's efficacy.
