教育部即将启动地方本科高校向应用技术型高校转型发展的试点工作。在此背景下,如何构建一支以青年教师为主体的"双师型"教师队伍,是转型高校面临的首要课题。文章就地方高校转型期"双师型"青年教师队伍建设存在的问题及对策进行了阐述。

The ministry of education will start the pilot project on the local universities change into the application of the technical universities. Therefore, how to build a team of double-quality young teachers is an important problem we faced. In the paper, the problems and suggestions on the construction of the double-quality young teachers in the local universities were discussed.
