The Exploration of Innovative Talents Training Model for Major of Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Based on CDIO Education Idea

文章依据CDIO工程教育模式,提出了无机非金属材料专业创新型人才培养模式的实施方案,通过确立创新型人才培养要求、教师队伍建设、教学方法改革以及考核方式的改革四方面来培养创新型人才。

The implementation plans of innovative talents training model for major of inorganic nonmetallic materials were put forward based on CDIO education idea. The innovative talents were trained by establishment of the training requirement of innovative talents, construction of the team of teachers, innovation of the teaching method and innovation of assessment method.
