摘要
开展城市工业用地调查,提高土地节约集约利用,缓解城市建设用地需求与有限土地供给的矛盾,是目前迫切需要解决的问题。常州市开展工业企业用地调查项目,查清了常州市工业企业土地利用状况和企业基本情况,建立了常州市工业企业用地数据库。利用"数字城市"地理空间框架平台开发了企业用地信息管理系统,满足了对常州市工业企业用地管理需求。
The article is concentrated on the urban industrial land survey,can figure out the urgent and imperative problems,which is aimed for improving standard of urban land＇s intensified utilization and solving the contradiction between the demand for urban construction land and limit of land supply. Turning to the urban industrial land survey carried out in Changzhou,the project not only shows the reflection onindustrial land utilization and the basic situation of the enterprises clearly,but also helps the researchers to create the database and geographical management system,based on the digital citygeospatial framework platform,to serve and meet the requirement of managingthe industrial land utilization in Changzhou.
