摘要
我国当前面临着人口老龄化、家庭结构变化的问题,老龄人口基数大、增长快,享老、养老的服务需求日益增长。文章将养老档案建设和社区服务结合,利用GIS技术搭建社区服务平台,通过三维地图展现社区和老人的空间关系和位置,集成对老年人的档案信息管理,同时又及时为老年人提供生活帮助、心理咨询、医疗救助等服务。
With the aging society and the changes of family structure,the requirements of the aged-enjoying and the aged-supporting are rising rapidly. The paper integrates the aged archives management with community services,uses GIS techniques to build the platform. The system displays the aged population in three dimensional map with their locations and information,which facilitates the management of the aged archives and provides the assisted living,psychological consultation and medical assistances.
