一种适用于双块式无砟轨道轨排粗调的方法

摘要 CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道轨排粗调的质量与效率十分重要,很有必要探索出一种高效率高质量的轨排粗调方法:在底座板外侧或支承层边缘上埋设轨道基准点,用全站仪精确测量其三维坐标,结合轨道几何参数计算轨道基准点相对于参考轨设计位置的几何偏距,粗调中使用道尺结合几何偏距指导轨排粗调。实际施工应用表明,该粗调方法成本低、精度高、受现场条件影响小,能极大地提高后期轨排精调作业效率。 In the double- block ballastless track construction,the efficiency of coarse adjustment of track panel is very important,so it is necessary to explore a method with high efficiency and quality for coarse adjustment. The method presented in this paper is: bury a reference point at the edge of support layer; measure the exact three-dimensional coordinate of the reference point with total station,then combine the geometrical parameter of track to calculate the geometric offset distance between the reference point and the reference track; finally use the geometrical offset distance to guide the coarse adjustment of track panel by track gauge. In ballastless track construction,this method has been proved that can greatly increase the working efficiency of fine adjustment of track panel,and lower cost,higher precision,not be affected by the worse condition of construction site either.
