组织变革对中国公务员心理契约破裂影响实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究探讨了基于不同维度的组织变革(战略性、结构性、过程导向、人本导向)和心理契约破裂(交易型、关系型、平衡型)之间的关系。研究样本包括来自国内东、西、南、北、中五个不同区域的510名公务员,采用结构方程建模的方法对研究假设模型进行验证。结果表明,除战略性变革对公务员交易型和平衡型心理契约破裂,及结构性变革和过程导向变革对公务员关系型和平衡型心理契约破裂外,其它维度的组织变革和心理契约破裂之间均存在显著影响。
