摘要
根据工厂化压裂连续输砂装置输送系统的特点,提出了一种基于OMRON PLC和人机界面的智能控制系统;描述了输砂装置控制系统的控制策略及模糊控制器的典型程序。分析了输砂装置的动态输砂量的数学模型和输砂电机功率参数的计算公式。工艺过程通过PLC、工控机、传感器和动力设备等实现,并阐述了输砂装置智能控制系统软件和硬件系统设计。试验结果表明,连续输砂智能控制系统具有输砂精度高、工作稳定、性能优良,达到了工厂化压裂施工对输砂装置砂量控制的性能要求,实现了输砂过程的自动化。
An intelligent control system based on OMRON PLC and man-machine interface was proposed, ac- cording to the characteristics of the sand conveyance device for factory fracturing. The strategy of the intelligent control and the program of the fuzzy controller were described. The mathematical model of the sand conveyance device and the calculation formula for the motor were analyzed. The automatic process of the sand conveyance were achieved by PLC,industrial personal computer, detecting sensors, etc. The hardware and software design was dis- cussed. The production results show that the intelligent control system has the features of high precision, stable working and good performance. The system meets the requirements of sand quantity control and realizes the auto- matic process of sand conveyance.
