摘要
研究比较了合欢花中总黄酮的不同提取工艺,包括微波提取法、超声波提取法、加热回流提取法、索氏提取法和常温浸提法。结果表明,微波提取法效率高、时间短,最适合从合欢花中提取黄酮类化合物,其最佳提取条件为料液比1∶60(g∶m L)、提取温度60℃、辐射时间6min,微波功率400W。
Different extraction technologies of total flavonoids from flos albiziae were studied and compared, including microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, heat reflux extraction, Soxhlet extraction, and room temperature leaching. The results showed that microwave-assisted extraction is most suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids from flos albiziae, because of its high efficiency and short duration. And the optimum microwave-assisted extraction technology is solid-liquid ratio 1∶60(g∶m L), extraction temperature 60℃, irradiation time6 min, and microwave power 400 W.
