模拟食品机械用润滑油对机械的磨损度研究

摘要 为确保食品加工中安全,降低成本,减少机械检修损失等,不同润滑油使用过程中对食品机械的磨损度及使用寿命就显得十分重要。本文通过模拟试验,用实验室常用小型电动面条机,采用小型食品企业常用的长城尚博通用锂基润滑脂3#、中远18#双曲线齿轮油和植物油,及大企业用的KLUBER oil4 UH1-15,设置时间梯度,采用过滤后称重法来分析润滑油磨损前后机械杂质含量变化。结果表明,长城和中远原油中含较多机械杂质,工作60h后机械杂质含量超标(机械杂质含量<0.5%合格),植物油因腐败变质失效,40h后机械杂质含量超标,三者不宜用于食品机械。KLUBER oil4 UH1-15润滑效果较好,使用寿命长。 In order to ensure the production safety and reduce the maintenance loss of food processing, research on the influence of lubricating oil for food mechanical wear were very important. Simulation experiment was done by using the electric noodle machine, for example, small and medium-sized enterprises commonly used Great Wall aggressive advocate general lithium grease No.3, COSCO 18 hyperbolic gear oil and vegetable oil, and big companies use KLUBER oil4 UH1-15. Set a time gradient, using the gravimetric method for the analysis of lubricating oil mechanical impurity content changed before and after wear and tear. The results showed that the Great Wall and COSCO crude oil contained more mechanical impurities, after working 60 hours mechanical impurity contented exceeds bid(mechanical impurities 0.5% qualified), vegetable spoilage due to failure of mechanical impurities content exceeded 40 hours, the three did not equal to be used in food machinery. KLUBER oil4 UH1-15 lubricating effect was good,it had a longer service life.
