摘要
针对云南某复杂难选氧化锌矿石,采用预先脱泥-先浮选硫化锌-再浮选氧化锌的工艺流程,氧化锌浮选采用螯合捕收剂和高级黄药为捕收剂,闭路试验获得氧化锌精矿含锌35.26%,锌总回收率达到了79.73%,试验指标理想,为难选氧化锌矿回收提供了一种有效方法。
Based on the characteristics of a complicated refractory zinc oxide ore,the flowsheet of desliming first and then flotation zinc sulfide and zinc oxide minerals in turn was adopted,and the combined reagents of JY and advanced xanthate were employed as collectors. Satisfied test results are obtained that the total zinc recovery of zinc sulfide and zinc oxide concentrate reached 79. 93%,and the zinc grade of zinc oxide concentrate 35. 26%,which provided an effective method of recovering complicated refractory zinc oxide ore.
