摘要
在铜渣除氯原理基础上,通过铜渣除氯的探索性试验,确定对中上清进行铜渣除氯,并进行了中上清铜渣除氯半工业试验,确定了铜渣除氯的条件为:加入氧化剂和废液浸出铜渣1 h,除氯30 min,除氯率达70%;在将铜渣除氯应用于工业生产后,除氯率达60%,效果好。
Based on the principle of copper slag dechlorination and by copper slag dechlorination exploratory test,determine the hydrometallurgical zinc concentrate tank neutral supernatant of copper slag dechlorination. And the supernatant copper slag dechlorination semi-industrial tests determine the copper slag dechlorination conditions:adding an oxidizing agent and a waste leaching copper slag leaching 1 hour,0. 5 hours to remove chlorine,chlorine removal filter up to 70%. After the copper slag used in industrial production,chlorine removal rate achieves 60%,and the effect is good.
