摘要
目的:探讨高频超声在糖尿病周围神经病变尺神经损伤诊治中的应用价值。方法:对91例糖尿病周围神经病变尺神经损伤患肢与14名健康志愿者的肘部行高频超声检查,观察患肢组尺神经超声图像变化,测量并比较两组尺神经的前后径(D1)、横径(D2)及横截面积(CSA)。并结合神经电生理检查作相关性分析。结果:患肢组尺神经的前后径、横径及横截面积明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.01);患肢组尺神经的CSA与运动传导速度(MNCV)有负相关性。结论:高频超声检查能够为糖尿病周围神经病变尺神经损伤的诊断提供重要形态学参考价值,可作为手术定位首选方法。
Objective: To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of ulnar nerve injury in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: he elbow for high frequency ultrasound examination of 91 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of ulnar nerve injury of limb and 14 healthy volunteers,and compared between the two groups diameter(D1),anteroposterior diameter(D2) and cross-sectional area(CSA);given correlation analysis between the neural electrophysiological examination and high frequency ultrasound examination.Results:affected limb group of ulnar nerve diameter,anteroposterior diameter and cross-sectional area is significantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.01);CSA and motor neural conduction velocity(MNCV)of affected limb of the ulnar nerve had negative correlation.Conclusion:the high frequency ultrasonography can provide important reference value for the morphological damage diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of the ulnar nerve,can be used as the preferred method of operation positioning.
