经产妇腹腔镜输卵管绝育术340例临床分析

Laparoscopic tubal sterilization for Multipara:a 340 cases of clinical analysis

目的：探索影响经产妇腹腔镜下输卵管绝育术患者预后的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析2009年2月~2014年12月在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院行腹腔镜绝育术的经产妇的临床资料,最终纳入340例患者。结果：所有患者平均手术时间为8.7±2.4分钟,平均术中出血量7.6±3.4毫升。340例患者中0.59%的患者手术失败,1.76%的患者术后出现了切口疼痛,0.59%的患者术后出现了切口感染,2.65%的患者出现了术后盆腔痛,没有出现再孕的情况。有腹部手术史的患者输卵管绝育术的手术时间及术中出血量较其他患者明显延长,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。340位接受绝育手术的患者中,有35位在手术过程中发现了其他疾病,并得到了及时的治疗。结论：腹腔镜手术与传统术式相比切口小,创伤小,术后粘连少,患者恢复快,疤痕小,外观相对美观,对有手术史的患者仍然适用,是一种安全、有效、微创的绝育方法,是实现我国计划生育政策的重要途径之一。

Objective： To explore the influence factors of the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic tubal sterilization for Multipara.Methods： Were retrospectively analyzed the data of laparoscopic sterilization for multipara from February 2009 to December 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of shihezi university school of medicine,finally,340 patients were included.Results：On average of all the patients,the mean operation time was 8.7±2.4 minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss 7.6±3.4ml.In all of the patients,failure in 0.59% of patients,1.76% of patients with postoperative incision pain,0.59% of patients with postoperative infection,2.65% of the patients with postoperative pelvic pain.No pregnant appeared again.Has a history of abdominal surgery in patients with tubal sterilization of operative time and intraoperative blood loss significantly more than other patients, P〈0.05 indicate statistically significant.340 sterilization surgery patients,there are 35 found other diseases in the process of operation,and received treatment in time.Conclusion： Compared with the traditional surgical incision small,Laparoscopic surgery is small trauma,less postoperative adhesion,patients recover quickly,small scar,relative appearance beautiful.It is a kind of safe,effective and minimally invasive method of sterilization,moreover,it is one of the important ways to realize China＇s family planning policy.
