灯盏花素对射血分数正常患者心力衰竭的疗效

The curative effect of breviscapine on heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction

目的:探讨灯盏花素在射血分数正常患者心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年2月至2014年10月间于我院治疗射血分数正常的心力衰竭患者,共计94例。根据随机数表法将上述患者均分为治疗组和对照组,各47例,采用不同治疗方法对比各自疗效情况,治疗2周后,医护人员对患者治疗效果进行评定,比较治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效例数38例,有效率为80.9%;对照组有效例数为22例,有效率为46.8%。比较发现治疗组有效率显著优于对照组患者,差异具有显著性,<0.01。结论:灯盏花素是一种有效治疗射血分数正常的心力衰竭的临床药物,与临床常规方法配合治疗效果较好,值得临床深入研究和广泛推广。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of breviscapine on heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction. Methods： Selected 94 cases heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction treated in our hospital from February, 2014 to October, 2014. Divided the above patients into treatment group and control group according to random number table, 47 cases for each group, comparing the curative effects with using different treatments, the medical personnel assessed the therapeutic effect and compared the effect after treated two weeks.Results： The treatment group has 38 effective cases, the effective rate is 80.9%; The control group has 22 effective cases, the effective rate is 46.8%. The effective rate of treatment group is obviously superior to that of control group through comparing,having significant difference, P〈0.01.Conclusion： Breviscapine is an effective clinical drug for curing heart failure patients with normal ejection fraction, the effects are better along with clinical routine method,deserved further study clinically and to be widely promoted.
