单纯镜下血尿患者焦虑状态观察

The observation of patients' anxiety state with haematuria under simple microscope

目的：观察实施小剂量奥氮平与度洛西汀疗法对于单纯镜下血尿患者焦虑状态的影响。方法：选取2012年5月~2013年5月67例单纯镜下血尿焦虑患者,按治疗方式的不同分入观察组与对照组两组,两组患者服用度洛西汀疗法,观察组在服用度洛西汀疗法的基础上服用小剂量奥氮平疗法,两组均治疗6周,治疗后进行汉密顿焦虑评分。结果：观察组治疗后的汉密尔顿焦虑评分、躯体焦虑、精神焦虑等指标显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（〈0.05）。结论：单纯镜下血尿患者进行小剂量奥氮平与度洛西汀疗法,能有效缓解患者焦虑,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective： To observe the impact analysis of the implementation of small dose of olanzapine and duloxetine therapy on patients＇ anxiety state with haematuria under simple microscope.Methods：Selected 67 patients with haematuria under simple microscope in our hospital from May,2012 to May,2013.Divided into two groups（observation group and control group） according to therapy method,two groups took duloxetine as a therapy,the observation group took Small dose of olanzapine on the basis of taking duloxetine,two-group patients both treated for six weeks,conducted with Hamilton anxiety rating after treatment.Results：The observation group＇s index such as Hamilton anxiety rating、somatic anxiety、psychogenic anxiety etc.is significantly lower than that of control group after treatment,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with haematuria under simple microscope on small dose olanzapine and duloxetine therapy can effectively relieve patients＇ anxiety,deserved to be applied and popularized.
