磷酸化小窝蛋白-1在食管癌细胞中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测磷酸化小窝蛋白-1(PY14Cav-1)在食管癌细胞中的表达,探讨其表达的意义。方法体外培养人食管癌株TE1细胞,检测TE1细胞中PY14Cav-1的表达水平,通过细胞转染技术以Cav-1小干扰RNA转染TE1细胞,使细胞中PY14Cav-1表达水平降低,用Transwell细胞体外侵袭实验观察细胞侵袭情况。结果转染Cav-1siRNA后,食管癌细胞TE1中Cav-1和PY14Cav-1表达水平均较转染前明显下降(P均<0.05),而Transwell结果显示,转染Cav-1 siRNA后,细胞侵袭数目为(7.4±1.2)个,较转染前[(49.2±3.6)个]明显减少(P<0.01)。结论Cav-1在食管癌的发生发展过程中扮演着促癌基因的角色,其机制可能与调节PY14Cav-1的表达有关。
