The allocation of affordable housing matters to people＇s livelihood,and the problems in distribution need to be paid attention to. On the basis of analyzing the legal value,working mode and exploration practice of prosecutorial supervision of allocation of affordable housing,the article provides suggestions on its improvements： to establish a clear comprehensive eligibility criteria for affordable housing and supporting systems,to improve the audit system,distribution,and circulation management of affordable housing,and to increase the punishment for illegal activities in the allocation of affordable housing.
