Analysis on Distribution System of Accusation Interpretation Card

新修订的《刑事诉讼法》已于2013年1月1日起正式实施,其中增加了对保障犯罪嫌疑人、被告人诉讼权益的规定,特别是对未成年人刑事案件的诉讼程序单独作了规定。2013年初我院公诉科积极探索和创新,率先开展了"罪名解读卡"发放工作,并形成了一套"罪名解读卡"发放制度,其目的在于拓宽犯罪嫌疑人、被告人获取法律知识渠道,切实维护自身诉讼权益;便于司法机关对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人教育改造,促使其认罪悔过;增强检察机关检务公开和政务公开,提高检察机关公信力。

The newly revised ＂Criminal Procedure Law＂has been formally implemented since January 1,2013,in which the provisions on the protection of the criminal suspects and defendants＇ litigation rights and interests have been increased,especially on the proceedings of juvenile criminal cases. In early 2013,the public prosecution section of our procuratorate actively explores and innovates,firstly carries out the distribution of＂accusation interpretation card＂,and forms a distribution system of ＂accusation interpretation card＂,with the purpose of broadening the channels of obtaining legal knowledge for the criminal suspects and defendants,earnestly safeguarding the rights and interests of their own proceedings,being easy for judicial organs to educate and reform the criminal suspects and defendants and promote their confession of repentance,strengthening public inspection services and open government affairs of procuratorial organs,and enhancing the credibility of procuratorial organs.
