东亚区域生产网络下中国ICT产品内贸易策略

摘要 经济全球化深入发展,国际贸易方式发生剧变,已突破产业间贸易,逐渐转向产业内贸易,进而深入到产品内贸易。东亚经济飞速发展,区域内贸易繁荣,尤其是以电子信息产品(ICT)为代表的中间产品贸易显著增长,促进东亚区域内贸易日趋紧密,并逐步形成东亚生产网络。在新的分工格局下,中国的分工地位随之受到影响。以ICT产品为研究对象,从促进东亚区域经济一体化、改善我国分工地位以及发展ICT产品的战略选择入手,提出如何构建东亚生产网络新格局,从而实现中国ICT产业的可持续发展。 In a period of economic globalization, the pattem of intemational trade has transformed from inter-industry trade, intra-industry trade to intra-product trade. The rapid econorrnc development of East Asia and the prosperity of in- tra-regional trade, especially a great increase of information and communication technology (ICT), representative of inter- mediate product trade has promoted regional trade and gradually fonned production network in East Asia. This paper studies ICT product, analyzes economic integration in East Asia, status of China's labor division, and strategic develop- ment of ICF product, and finally proposes to construct a new pattern of East Asia production network, in order to achieve sustainable development of China ICT.
