摘要
随着移动互联网的普及和大学生消费水平的增强,高校快递蓬勃发展,但"校园取件难""快递缺失损毁""服务不到位"等问题不断暴露出来。庞大的校园消费群体对快递"最后一公里"高水平的物流服务有着更为迫切的需求。以福建商业高等专科学校为调研对象,通过实地考察,对校园快递收发派件的现状及问题进行分析和总结,提出促进校园快递服务更好更快发展的运营新模式。
With the popularity of mobile Intemet and increase of college students' consumption levels, university express is booming.
