摘要
众所周知,一般减速顶大多用于编组站调车场内驼峰调速系统中。减速顶还能否在其他线路上使用?根据"减速顶做工与否是由其内部的速度阀板的开闭来实现的,调整速度阀板开量及更换速度阀板的支撑弹簧,可以调整减速顶的临界速度"的特性,设想在大坡度装车环线的装车点前后或在轨道衡前后的线路上安装减速顶,用来辅助列车制动,以减少线路的土建工程。根据此设想,通过举例分析,得出减速顶也能够在车站内的坡度较大、需要对车列进行辅助制动的线路上使用,其应用前景较为广阔。本方案的研究为减速顶扩大应用的范围提供了可能。
As is known to insiders, traditional retarder unit is mostly applied in point-continuous and continuous hump system of marshalling-departure yard. Otherwise, can retarder unit be used in other railway lines or not? Retarder unit work is done by the opening and closing of internal speed valve plate, adjusting the volume of valve plate and replacing supported springs of valve plate can adjust critical speed of retarder unit. According to above characteristics, a tentative plan that retarder unit installed in the front and rear of loop-line loading point with large slope or railway track scale for auxiliary braking is proposed to diminish the amount of civil engineering works. Based on example analysis, the conclusion is obtained that retarder unit can be applied in the lines with larger slope and the lines which need auxiliary brake, retarder unit has a broad application prospects. The research can provide reference for retarder unit applications.
