摘要
选用窗帘、薄棉布、厚棉布3种材料进行竖向燃烧实验。介绍实验台的构成、实验原理及实验方案设计。研究薄型材料两面临空条件下竖向燃烧的火蔓延特性,测定材料表面火焰温度、质量损失速率和火焰前锋位置等参数随时间的变化。实验结果表明:窗帘、薄棉布、厚棉布表面火焰最高温度分别为610、470、710℃;热释放速率和火焰前锋位置变化都与时间成幂函数的关系,通过数据计算及拟合得出热释放速率和火焰前锋位置与时间的关系式;三种材料的V型角大小分别为23.6°、19.5°、22.3°。
Three materials of curtains, thin cotton fabric and thick cotton fabric were used to carry out the vertical com- bustion experiments. The component of experiment platform, experiment principle and design of experiment were introduced. The vertical burning flame spread characteristics of thin materi al under the condition of two faces exposed to air was re- searched, some parameters were determined such as flame tem- perature of the surface of materials, mass loss rate and flame front position. Results showed that the highest flame tempera- ture of curtains, thin cotton fabric and thick cotton fabric were 610, 470, 710 ℃ respectively; heat release rate and flame front position were in exponential relation with time, and the formu- las of relationship between heat release rate or location of flame front and time were obtained by calculating and fitting; V- shaped angle were 23.6°, 19.5°, 22.3° respectively.
