临夏州新农村建设中存在的问题及对策研究

The research on problems and countermeasures of the new rural construction of the Linxia city

新农村建设作为农村发展中的关键环节,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会不可或缺的重要内容,同时也是同步推进城市与农村共同繁荣的前提。及时对新农村建设中的问题进行反思和总结,有利于加快农村的现代化进程,使建设过程中少走弯路,少犯错误。笔者在对临夏州具体州情分析的基础上,通过对民族地区自然、人文、经济环境的深入分析,从建设的方式方法以及建设过程中反映的突出问题为重点,指出了临夏州新农村建设中存在的问题,提出了行之有效的对策,以期能在今后的建设中起到借鉴意义。

As the key to the rural development,new rural construction not only is the indispensable content of comprehensively implement of the scientific development view,building harmonious society,but also the premise to proceed with the urban and rural co- prosperity. Reviewing and summarizing the problems occurs during new rural construction timely is helpful to speed up the process of modernization in rural areas,making fewer mistakes during building constructions. Based on the analysis of Linxia＇s situation and in- depth analysis of the natural,cultural and economic environment in minority nationality area,the author pointed out the problems during the new rural construction in Linxia in focus of the protruding problems of construction ways,at the same time,proposing effective measures to play a reference in future.
