摘要
电子政务实践的快速发展对本领域的理论研究和人才培养提出了要求,高校电子政务课程应运而生。电子政务课程具有学科交叉性,不同的专业在开设本课程时应体现出各自的学科特色。公共管理类专业开设电子政务的主要目的不是传授"技术",而是让学生认识电子政务建设过程、树立电子政务应用意识、分析电子政务深层问题、探究电子政务发展规律。实践教学、案例教学和双语教学的应用有助于本课程教学目标的实现和教学效果的提升。
The development of e- government practice has promoted the theoretical research and personnel training in the field. As a result,the course " e- government" is taught in many colleges and universities. " E-government" is an interdisciplinary course,so different majors should embody the characteristics of the subjects. In the discipline of public management,the main purpose of offering the " e- government" is not to teach the " technology",but help students construct the information consciousness and understand the rules and problems in the practice of e- government. It is necessary to adopt the practice teaching,case teaching and bilingual teaching in the course,which are helpful to achieve the course aim and improve the teaching effect.
