With the appearance of multi-polarized values in the new era, party construction in institutions of higher learning must focus on the construction of effective long-term mechanism of students party members＇ e-ducation and management to keep their advanced nature. This can be achieved by innovating the Party organi-zation modes, broadening the scopes of education, improving the content of education, perfecting supervisory procedures, enriching activity media and strengthening team building.
