摘要
高职院校对学生的学业考核存在偏离学业、以笔试为主、主体单一、多为结果考核等问题,不符合培养学生职业能力的教学要求。创新高职学生学业考核方法需要遵循以职业能力生成为导向、以过程考核为核心、以多元互动为手段等原则,实施以成效为导向、内容全面、主体多元的学业考核方法,从而发挥学业考核应有的功能。
The present assessment system of students' academic achievement in polytechnics bears such problems as deviation from learning, writing domination, multi-polared subjects and result orientation, which is not in accordance to the training of professional skills. The innovation of polytechnic students' academic achievements assessment should be conducted in accordance to such principles as the professional skills orientation, process concentration, muhi-polared interaction so as to set up an effect-oriented assessment system with complete contents and multi-polared subjects and make sufficient use of the assessment system.
