新时期统战文化是以马克思主义中国化最新成果的中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导而创造、形成的当今中国大众最广泛联盟的共有文化,其本质是"和合"。从对象上看,"和合"是新时期统一战线的基本特质;从内容上看,"和合"是新时期统战文化的核心精神;从作用上看,"和合"是新时期统战文化的价值趋向。

The united-front culture in the new era is created under the instruction of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese Characteristics,as the newest fruit of the localization of Marxism in the new time of China,which forms nowadays uniformed and most accepted culture. Harmony and integration is its nature,in which,they are the fundamental characteristics judged from objective perspective,the spiritual cores judged from content and the value tendencies judged from functions.
