体验式教育对大学生思想政治教育的启示

体验式教育作为一种教育理念和教育方法,关注受教育者的主动性,注重进行情感、态度及价值观的教育,重视实践技能的获得,与思想政治教育的研究密切相连。传统的大学生思想政治教育面临教育理念适应性不强、教育方法欠缺针对性、综合性和创新性的难题,所以当代大学生思想政治教育应贯彻体验式教育的理念,注重从个性化育人、情感育人、活动育人三个方面提高其实效性。

Experience type education as a kind of education idea and the education method, focus on the initiative of the educated, pay attention to the emotion, attitude and values education, attach importance to practical skills, and closely related to the study of ideological and political education. The traditional ideological and political education of college students face the problem of the adaptability of educational ideas, and the problem of lack of pertinence, comprehensiveness and innovation in teaching method, so contemporary college students＇ ideological and political education should implement experiential education concept, and pay attention to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education from three aspects： individual education, emotional education, activity education.
