摘要
针对农业灌溉中水泵电机端电压波动较大等问题,将无触点电磁调压技术应用其中,并对其进行了分析,给出了环流计算公式。同时对使用MCT801A智能模块实现的高性能、高可靠的无触点调压稳压电源的原理进行了介绍,给出了仿真波形及实测的电压电流波形。该技术的应用,使大功率晶闸管的数量减少一半,在挡位切换时能做到电流连续且无冲击,无过电压或电压跌落现象,在农业灌溉中为水泵电机提供稳定电压,保证其长期稳定高效的工作。
The paper analyses the technology of non- contact electromagnetism voltage regulation,poses the circumfluent calculating formula in the light of terminal voltage fluctuation and other issues of water pump for agricultural irrigation what are involved by non- contact electromagnetism voltage regulation. And introduces the principle of highly- performed and highly- reliable non- contact stabilized voltage power supply realized by intelligent module MCT801 A,provides the waveforms of the simulation,voltage and current which are measured actually. The high power thyristors will be decreased to half in amount by the application of this technology. The current can be continuous without impact,over- electricity or electricity dropping phenomena when the gears are switched. It will provide a stable voltage to the pump? in agricultural irrigation and ensure the long- term,stable and efficient work.
