摘要
针对战时作战对持续消耗型军需物资动态需求的特点,将配送过程划分为若干阶段,以每一阶段开始或上一阶段结束时待调度的物资数量为状态变量,考虑路线的可靠性、各配送点的保障能力和配送限制期等要求,依据实时更新的战场信息分阶段实现作战需求点的物资动态调度,建立3层优化调度决策模型,给出算法。通过算例验证模型和算法的有效性,有利于分阶段实施动态配送,减少配送的盲目性,为部队相关部门制定高效的配送方案提供辅助决策。
Through analyzing operational requirement points for continuous consumption military material charac-teristics of dynamic demand in wartime,the given model tried to divide distribution procedure into some stages. The state variable which stands for the amount of the military material available for distribution can be used at the beginning of each stage.This paper took the property of timeliness,security and support capability into account to establish a three -layer optimization dispatching decision -making model and an algorithm was put forward.A numerical example was subsequently given to prove the validity of proposed models,which overcoming the prob-lem of wasting military material and improving the efficiency of military material distribution.
