慢性粒细胞白血病靶向治疗相关基因及信号通路 被引量:2

摘要 慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是起源于骨髓多能造血干细胞的恶性增殖性疾病,Ph染色体t(9;22)(q34;q11)是其特征性细胞遗传学标志。Ph染色体形成的bcr/abl融合基因编码具有较强酪氨酸激酶活性的蛋白BCR/ABL,通过改变关键的调节蛋白磷酸化状况来影响多种信号传导途径,引起细胞周期紊乱、增殖失控或凋亡受阻,从而导致白血病的发生。
