机械通气中的肺保护策略及其研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 机械通气是ICU治疗重症患者的一个基本工具,也是全身麻醉的一个重要组成部分,但机械通气也可能导致并发症发生。对已经患病的肺进行机械通气或对原本正常的肺机械通气时可能造成肺结构和功能的显著改变,为了区别这两种情况,引用两个词：呼吸机相关肺损伤（VALI）和呼吸机诱发肺损伤（VILI）,VALI是指先前存在肺损伤的患者,由于与呼吸机相关的因素导致肺损伤加剧或恶化,
