荆州市高校2004-2014年麻疹流行病学特征分析

摘要 目的分析荆州市四所高校2004-2014年麻疹流行病学特征,为高校预防麻疹感染提供科学依据。方法利用描述流行病学分析方法,对病例资料进行统计分析。结果荆州市2004-2014年高校共报告麻疹病例94例,年均发病率为8.45/10万。3-4月份发病数最高,占总病例数的52.13%。72.34%的病例年龄为17-19岁,71.28%的病例既往未接种过含麻疹成分疫苗,81.91%的病例与类似发热出疹病人有接触。结论既往未接种含麻疹成分疫苗,且是刚入校或入校不久的新生是高校麻疹易感人群,对这一群体开展针对性措施是预防高校麻疹流行的有效措施。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles infection among college students in Jingzhou City from 2004 to 2014 to provide a basis for the prevention of measles in colleges. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to statistically analyze the data. Results Ninety four measles cases were reported in colleges of Jingzhou City from 2004 to 2014,the annual morbidity was 8.45/100 000. Most cases occurred between March and April (52. 13% ) ,72. 34% cases were 17 to 19 years old,71.28% cases had not been vaccinated against measles,81.91% had contacted with similar patients with fever and rash. Conclusion The newly entered college freshmen not been vaccinated against measles were measles vulnerable groups, therefore to take targeted measures against this group is an effective measure to prevent measles in colleges.
