摘要
运用简易应对方式量表(CPS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)的情绪稳定性分量表对326名大学生进行应对方式、社会支持和情绪稳定性的关系研究.结果显示:1)男生的情绪状态比女生更为稳定;2)大四学生的情绪最不稳定,其次是大三和大一,大二学生的情绪最为稳定;3)大学低年级学生比高年级学生更倾向于使用积极应对方式,同时也得到更多的主观支持;4)女生比男生获得更多的客观支持;5)积极应对方式、主观支持、社会支持总分与情绪不稳定性具有负相关系,消极应对方式和情绪不稳定存在正相关;6)社会支持不能直接影响情绪稳定性,而是通过积极应对方式作为中介间接地影响情绪的稳定性水平.因此,善于采取积极的应对方式,寻求更多的社会支持,有助于人们维持情绪的稳定性.
The study used simplified coping style questionnaire(CPS),social support rate scale(SSRS)and emotional stability subscale from eysenck personality questionnaire short scale for Chinese(EPQ-RSC)to investigate the relationships among the coping styles,social support and emotion stability of 326 undergraduates.The results showed that the emotional state of the boys was more stable than the girls.The emotion state of the seniors was the most unstable,followed by the juniors and freshmen,and the emotional stability of sophomores was the most stable.The students of the lower grade were more inclined to use the positive coping style than the higher grade students,and also got more subjective support.The girls got more objective support than the boys.The positive coping styles,subjective support and social support scores and emotional instability were negatively related,negative coping style and emotional instability were positively related.Social support could not directly affect the emotional stability,but through the positive response as the intermediary indirectly affected the emotional stability level.Therefore,taking positive coping styles and seeking more social support would help people to maintain the stability of the mood.
