东苕溪夏季浮游动物群落结构及水环境的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 2013年7月对东苕溪(太湖主要入湖河流)的浮游动物群落结构及相关环境因子进行了水生态调查.结果表明,共采集浮游动物41种,其中轮虫23种,桡足类11种,枝角类7种.卜氏晶囊轮虫(Asplanchn.brightwelli)、长三肢轮虫(Filinia.longiseta)、针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra.trigla)为优势种.浮游动物的丰度以轮虫占优势,浮游动物的生物量以枝角类和桡足类占优势,东苕溪水系浮游动物的丰度和生物量范围分别为1.99~1964.42ind/L和0.05~8.15mg/L.Shannon-wiener多样性指数(H)为0.10~3.35;Pielou均匀度指数(J)为0.06~0.86,根据浮游生物物种多样性指数评价表明,东苕溪水系处于轻度污染、β-中度污染水平.相关性分析表明,夏季浮游动物群落结构与水体中的总氮、总磷和叶绿素有显著的影响.浮游动物种类数与叶绿素a含量有显著的正相关,浮游动物生物量与总氮、总磷含量有显著正相关. The ecological surveys of East Tiaoxi(Taihu Lake river)River were conducted in July 2013.The relationships between the zooplankton in 12 sampling section and environmental factors were investigated.The results showed that a total of 41 species were collected and identified,including 23 species in Rotifera,7species in Cladocera and 11 species in Copepoda.The dominant species were Asplanchn.Brightwelli,Filinia.Longiseta and Polyarthra.Trigla.Abundance of Rotifers was the most abundant taxa,while the biomass of Cladocerans and Copepods were dominant ones.The range of average zooplankton abundance was 1.99~1964.42ind/L,and the range of biomass was 0.05~8.15mg/L.The Shannon-wiener index(H)was 0.10~3.35,and Pielou eveness index(J)was 0.06~0.86.Based on this investigation,it was considered that the East Tiaoxi River was in mild situation andβ-moderate pollution level.The correlation analysis showed that the species of zooplankton was significantly correlated with the Chl-a concentration,there was a significant relationships between the biomass of zooplankton and total phosphorus concentration,and also positively correlated with total nitrogen concentration in summer.
