海岛型美丽乡村建设路径研究——基于浙江省嵊泗县的实践

Study on Way to Construct Beautiful Island-Type Villages——Based on Practice of Shengsi County in Zhejiang Province

美丽乡村建设是推进生态文明建设和深化社会主义新农村建设的新工程、新载体，也是统筹城乡发展．促进城乡一体化的重要抓手。海岛渔农村作为美丽乡村建设的主力军，虽然有着一般农村地区的共性，但由于其特殊的自然条件、地理环境、资源禀赋、经济形态及地域文化等因素，使其在美丽乡村建设过程中又具有独特的个}生。认真研究和总结海岛型美丽乡村建设的特点和规律，积极探索美丽海岛的建设路径，对于丰富美丽乡村建设的理论内涵和实践经验有着一定的现实意义和指导价值。文章以典型海岛地区嵊泗县为例，对嵊泗美丽海岛建设的探索实践展开分析与总结，进而探索出适合海岛渔农村参考和借鉴的海岛型美丽乡村建设路径。

The construction of beautiful villages is not only the new project and carrier to advance the ecological civilization construction and deepen the socialist new rural construction, but also the vital part for balancing urban and rural developments and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. Although island-type fishery villages, as the main force of the construction of beautiful villages, are of common characteristics of rural areas, they have unique characters in the process of construction of beautiful villages due to special factors such as natural conditions, geographical environment, resource endowment, economic form and regional culture. It is of realistic meaning and guidance valve for enriching theoretical connotation and practical experience of construction of beautiful villages to seriously study and summarize characteristics and rules of construction of beautiful island-type villages and to actively explore the way to construct them. The article takes Shengsi county, a typical island, as an example, makes the analysis and summary of exploring the construction of beautiful Shengsi island and finds out the way to construct beautiful island-type villages suitable for reference of other island-type fishery rural areas.
