国际邮轮乘务专业校企合作模式的研究——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

On School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode of International Cruise Ship Crew Major: A Case Study of Zhejiang International Maritime College

随着舟山国际邮轮港的开港，浙海职院作为舟山唯一一所拥有国际邮轮乘务专业的学校，在专业建设过程中必须不断加强与企业的合作。才能为邮轮公司输送合适的人才。文章从分析现有的校企合作模式出发，对浙海职院校企合作模式存在的问题与原因进行研究，并有针对性的提出校企合作模式选择的策略。

With the opening of Zhoushan international cruise ship port, our college, as the only one with international cruise ship crew major in Zhoushan, must continuously enhance the cooperation with enterprises during the process of major construction so as to provide qualified talents for cruise ship companies. The article, based on the analysis of current school-enterprise cooperation mode, studies existing problems and their causes of school- enterprise cooperation mode of our college, and puts forward corresponding strategies for school-enterprise cooperation mode.
