Thoughts on the Promotion of Higher Vocational College Instructors’ Work Based on "Deep Instruction"

深度辅导是高校辅导员与学生深入交流的新型互动模式，是新形势下提高大学生思想政治教育针对性、实效性的举措。开展“深度辅导”实践已成为当前高校思想政治教育研究的焦点。文章阐述了实施“深度辅导”的必要性、瓶颈及对策，为我校开展“深度辅导”工作提供参考。

Deep instruction is a new interaction mode of deep communication between college instructors and students, which is a pertinent and effective measure to improve ideological and political education of college students. It has been a research focus of current college ideological and political education to carry out deep instruction prac- tice. The article clarifies the necessity, ＂bottleneck＂ and countermeasures of implementation of deep instruction, giv- ing reference for deep instruction of our college.
