急性冠脉综合征新型生物标志物研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的早期干预是提高患者生存率的关键,快速、准确地诊断ACS尤为重要。现有的ACS生物标志物如肌钙蛋白(cTn)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)在敏感性、特异性方面仍存在不足。近年发现的新型心肌标记物如生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)、心脏相关脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)可提高诊断准确性,且有利于危险分层,并能提供更多的预后信息。该文主要介绍新型ACS生物标志物的相关研究进展。
