45岁以下急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉介入治疗预后的性别差异 被引量:1

摘要 目前,经皮冠状动脉(冠脉)介入治疗(PCI)是治疗急性心肌梗死的主要方法之一[1-2]。既往研究显示,行PCI后不良事件的风险女性高于男性[3]。性别对中青年急性心肌梗死患者行PCI的预后影响尚不清楚。1对象与方法1.1研究对象连续入选2008年1月至2013年12月在普陀区中心医院心内科住院的急性心肌梗死患者206例,按性别分为男性组(n=164)和女性组(n=42)。
